Cook: Roasted Edamame

Another recipe courtesy of S and A!

Roasted Edamame
1 - 1/2 cups frozen shelled edamame (no need to thaw)
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp dried basil, crushed
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Toss to coat
Arrange the beans in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
Roast, uncovered, at 375 degree 25-30 min stirring once, until the beans begin to brown
Serve hot as vegetable side dish or cooled as a snack
